How can I make a loan or credit card payment to another financial institution using Online Banking?

You can use our Bill Pay services to pay a loan at another financial institution from a USC Credit Union account:

1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. Click on the Bill Pay tab and select Add Payee.
3. Use your credit card or loan information as the payee information.
4. Refer to your Bill Pay dashboard once you have added your new payee.
5. Select your payee and click on the Make a Payment tab.
6. Select the account you would like to make the payment from.
7. Enter the payment amount and select the frequency.
8. Click Submit Payment once you are finished.
