Once you submit all the required documents for your loan, it's time to sign your loan documents!
Loan documents are sent to your email via DocuSign. You'll be asked to answer a few verification questions before it allows you to sign. Make sure you review your loan documents carefully before signing. They will include your loan due dates, rates, and information about late payments. If you have trouble answering the questions, let your loan officer know, and they can resend your documents. You can also visit one of our branches and sign your loan documents in person.
After the documents are signed, your loan proceeds will be issued. Auto loans and student loans are paid directly, so you shouldn't have any more steps. Unsecured loans are paid into your account unless they have a pay-direct stipulation.
